US Trading Commission (ITC - International Trade Commission) issued an initial decision that Microsoft's game console, XBox 360 had violated patents owned by Motorola Mobility.

As reported by AFP, administrative law judge David Shaw said that Motorola Mobility's intellectual property has been used in XBox 360 software for specific tasks such as transferring video files or internet wireless connectivity.
Although only an beginning of decision, it has made Motorola Mobility in top wind. Even, the Motorola is rumored to have been prepared to block imports of Xbox 360 in United States .
The initial decision will be reviewed by the six-member commission and the final decision will be issued on August 23, 2012. Until that date, possibility Microsoft and Motorola Mobility will meet to negotiate.
